because im in complete shambles after a late night out on u street to celebrate my birthday yesterday, im giving up the reigns to this weekly post to my good buddy chris jones. at the moment, he is sitting here drinking a venti something from starbucks, eating some of my birthday donuts and in a much better mental and physical state than i.

after a few back and forth sing-a-longs trying to pick the perfect summer diddy, we landed on something old school and awesome.

sometimes soccer pisses me off...

i really hate all the crying and rolling around they do on the grass... these guys could learn a thing or two from rugby players. even nfl players, some of the biggest sports divas in the world, dont "act" like that.

they should make a rule that if the refs think someone is acting, the other team gets one free kick to any part of their body. i mean hell, if they are seemingly wanting to be hurt, lets give them their money's worth.
